WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Things have been pretty crazy.  We are down to one car as the Volvo has a blown head gasket.  Several of my clients are having to deal with family illness.  Unfortunately, my spirit can be brought down when others are in a bad way.Yesterday, I burned my right hand badly enough that I drank Cosmos for a painkiller.  LOL  I am here to get caught up today:
WED., OCT. 21ST:
My Monday client requested the week off from my cooking as she was having house guests.  She changed her mind and wanted to me to make their Welcome Dinner for Thursday night.  After changing her mind a million times, we finally came up w/:
1.LEMON CAPER FISH
2.SHRIMP, FETA, ANGEL HAIR BAKE

THURS., OCT. 22:
Went to this lovely Brentwood home to cook.  I do so everyother Thursday.  Her Mom is gravely ill so they were making the 8hr. trip to see her.  We packed up much of the food in a cooler, so they will have something healthy to eat while there and not have to look for fast food restaurants.
1.OLD FASHIONED BEEF ROAST (THE LADY OF THE HOUSE EATS NO VEGETABLES )<: )
2.OVEN FRIED CHICKEN W/ FLAX MEAL COATING
3.MOZZARELLA STICKS W/ MARINARA
4.CHEESE RAVIOLI(SHHH!, THE SAUCE CONTAINS BUTTERNUT SQUASH)
5.SAUTEED TILAPIA W/ BROWN RICE FLOUR CRUST
