Well, dreary is the only way I can describe our Tn weather this week.  UGH!  Deliveries were tough yesterday afternoon and evening.  I saw an accident happen on 386N exit ramp #2 while I was on the entrance ramp to go South.  Scary!  took 5 hrs. to deliver, but I arrived home safe and sound.  Here is what I delivered to Green Hills, Franklin, Brentwood, Antioch and West End!

Wow, another wonderful week for WCFY?  Such a healthy group of foods this week thanks to our involvement with some Maximized Living chiropractors(http://maximized living.com).  Music City Chiropractics in Goodlettesville and Kestner Family Chiropractics www.maximizedlivingdrkestner.com in Bellevue practice the 5 essentials that they "preach".
I'll start with their menus.  The turkey was actually wild turkey breasts given to us from the Kestners.  We ground it for the recipe.

WICT= WHAT I COOKED TODAY

Things have been pretty crazy.  We are down to one car as the Volvo has a blown head gasket.  Several of my clients are having to deal with family illness.  Unfortunately, my spirit can be brought down when others are in a bad way.Yesterday, I burned my right hand badly enough that I drank Cosmos for a painkiller.  LOL  I am here to get caught up today:
WED., OCT. 21ST:
My Monday client requested the week off from my cooking as she was having house guests.  She changed her mind and wanted to me to make their Welcome Dinner for Thursday night.  After changing her mind a million times, we finally came up w/:

THURS., OCT. 22:
Went to this lovely Brentwood home to cook.  I do so everyother Thursday.  Her Mom is gravely ill so they were making the 8hr. trip to see her.  We packed up much of the food in a cooler, so they will have something healthy to eat while there and not have to look for fast food restaurants.
