WICTW=What I cooked this week!

Wow, another wonderful week for WCFY?  Such a healthy group of foods this week thanks to our involvement with some Maximized Living chiropractors(http://maximized living.com).  Music City Chiropractics in Goodlettesville and Kestner Family Chiropractics www.maximizedlivingdrkestner.com in Bellevue practice the 5 essentials that they "preach".
I'll start with their menus.  The turkey was actually wild turkey breasts given to us from the Kestners.  We ground it for the recipe.
